We stably supply the raw materials and increase management
efficiency by transferring raw materials to multiple injection
molding machines using automatic raw material supply equipment.

  • 1) Real-time check and alarm notification for management of raw material drying hopper temperature
  • 2) Real-time check and alarm notification for automatic measurement of molding temperature
  • 3) Real-time check and alarm notification for automatic measurement of coolant/water heater temperature
  • 4) Real-time check and alarm notification for automatic measurement of hydraulic oil temperature
  • 5) Management of operation condition and self-inspection (defect registration) system
